HI I'M LISA

Navigating my fifties has been a wild ride...

full of ups and downs in every aspect—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Can you relate?


With the kids all grown up, aging parents, ongoing family drama, and the "joys" of menopause, life feels like it's changing faster than I can keep up.

Me stresed? I'm a yoga teacher!


I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, working out, eating well, meditating and indulging in the occasional glass of wine. But despite my efforts when life through me a few curveballs,

it hit me hard.


In those moments feelings of disappointment, confusion and deep sadness enveloped me.

Despair overwhelmed me.


Thankfully, I had support!

 I leaned into the spiritual practices I had explored over the years, seeking guidance from my mentors.


That support proved invaluable.

I've emerged with new insights into aging well which include a strong body, a calm stable mind, a loving community and a


Meaningful spiritual practice.



As we get older, meditation can really be a game-changer.

It helps reduce age related stress, keeps the brain sharp, improves sleep, and just makes us feel better overall.
