Yoga Class Schedule for April/May 2025
Yoga classes
MONDAYS 4:45pm: A 60 minute wind down early evening practice, focus on softening while stabilizing in asanas, pranayama ending in a guided relaxation.
6 weeks(no class March 31 & April 21 ) beginning March 10 $90
TUESDAYS 12:00PM: This 1 hour midday stretch will release tension while toning the muscles of the core and back.
8 weeks beginning March 11 $120
THURSDAYS 7:00PM: A blissful one hour total chill class. Restorative and healing.
Grab your pillow, blanket, cushion or bolster and some blocks.
8 weeks beginning March 13 $120
FRIDAYS 9:30AM: A 75 minute slow flow morning class incorporating asana, pranayama and meditation.
7 weeks(no class April 18)beginning March 14 $120

TRX Classes
The TRX is a fun adaptable form of exercise that challenges our stability as we build strength and flexibility. I offer many options for each exercise to cover all levels of fitness.
We laugh and groan in every class!
