My tantra hatha classes flow intuitively, guided by inner wisdom rather than rigid sequences. Each session is unique—sometimes gentle and restorative, sometimes more dynamic—but always accessible to all bodies and experience levels.
I teach weekly tantra hatha and restorative yoga classes.
Monday 4:45 - 5:45pm - gentle after work flow, guided savasana
Tuesday 12 - 1pm - midday stretch and strengthen flow
Thursday 5:30 - 6:30pm - restorative rest session, yoga nidra
Friday 9:30 - 10:45am - energy flow, guided meditation

I'm a big advocate for strength training as we age. The TRX offers resistance training without the need for heavy bulky equipment.
As a certified TRX instructor, teaching all bodies for over 10 years, I offer safe effective classes for all.
