This class is designed to help ease a bulging disc of the lower spine. Gentle movement and back strengthening asanas are used to encourage the spine into its natural state of comfort.
A 75mins yoga class for all levels focusing on stability and stillness culminating with Still Lake of the Mind meditation.
A 1 hour yoga class focusing on soothing the lower back. Blocks, bolsters or pillows, and blankets are recommended.
A quick 40 minute tabata style workout.
Go at your own pace and keep your good form!
