Through the years, I have been a personal trainer, studied Ayurveda, nutrition, yoga and meditation. I am also a mother of three, have aging parents, a home to maintain and a husband that needs love and attention too! I know life is busy and we often put our own needs aside but believe me YOU are WORTH it! We will collaborate and find what is manageable for you now!
