I strive to share the techniques in asana, pranayama, meditation and Yoga Nidra that I have found the most helpful in my own life. Classes embrace the wisdom of my teachers taught with my own easy going down to earth flare and laughter. My aim is to always bring us back to these truths: "The world is beautiful. My life is a gift. I am a part of my source."
