In this meditation series we will explore 4 meditations designed to deepen our relationship to the Self.
Nurturing the relationship to your human heart facilitates trust and allows it to hold and guide you through your life experiences.
Loosely based on Tara Brach's acronym RAIN, learn to Recognize, Allow, Investigate and Nurture deep listening to heart wisdom.

Each 2-hour session will include: movement(yoga and other modalities); guided meditation; guided self-reflection; lecture and or discussion.

All sessions will be recorded and available to do at your own pace if you are unable to join live.

WEEK 2: Investigate - How is this showing up in my body and my life?
Meditation: "Awareness"
WEEK 3: Forgiveness and Letting Go - What is needed now?
Meditation: "Healing the Heart"
WEEK 4: Nurture - Full metta(lovingkindness) practice.
Meditation: "Bliss"
Weekly homework of practicing the given mediation for one week as we progress through all the meditations.
