The formal definition of a yoga lineage is:
"unbroken physical connection through time that guides and loves limitlessly."
This means that I have a teacher who has and continues to offer guidance, knowledge and love imparted from their teacher and their teacher's teacher etc. The modalities and methodologies that I have received and subsequently teach are steeped in the richness of these traditions.

I've always been an avid gym gal and that's where I found yoga over twenty years ago! I have been blessed to study with many wonderful teachers over the years. Yoga was and still is the medicine for my life, body, mind and spirit.
I am honoured to be a part of the living Sri Vidya lineage, under the tutelage of my teachers, the Shakta Collective and Pandit Rajamani Tigunait (PHD & Spiritual Head of the Himalayan Institute).
I love new ways of moving and safely maintaining strength and stability as we age. The exercises on the TRX do just that and are easily adaptable for all levels of fitness.

The TRX is a fun adaptable form of exercise that challenges our stability as we build strength and flexibility. I offer many options for each exercise to cover all levels of fitness.
